The Daily Mirror used the headline "'Low 'Low 'Low" for a story about the shortest police officer in the UK.  PC Robin Port, a member of the Devon and Cornwall police, is only 5ft tall.  He joined the force last year, and he has heard all the jokes of course ‑ the short arm of the law being the most common one, but he's proved that size really doesn't matter, in his first month he made 17 arrests.  When asked about how he copes with his vertical disadvantage he said, 'If they're tall, I go for their legs'.  The headline is a play on the old dramatic phrase made famous by Sergeant Dixon in the TV series Dixon of Dock Green, "Hello, Hello, Hello. What's going on here then?"
