'Whisky Galore!' is a famous 1949 British comedy film about a shipwreck off a fictional Scottish island which contained 50,000 cases of whisky, so it is perhaps not surprising that the title was adapted by the Daily Mail for their 'Cocaine Galore!' headline on an article about 12 holdalls of drugs worth £50m that washed ashore on a beach in Norfolk.

There's a saying in English for anything weird - Normal for Norfolk, but I guess this event is pretty abnormal, even for Norfolk.
